Time spent on such social networking websites hurt employ efficiency , the opponents claimed.
But now according to big companies , Blogging and the ensuing online dialogue is fast emerging as an important tool for engagement and learning .

The way HR manager see it, having a Facebook or Orkut account type internal corporate directory with profile of employee detailing their skills and experience helps and makes it easy for project manager to identify and use the right talent to execute projects.
Even now hosting and sharing videos among an internal channel like youtube is another new buzz coming out from companies like dell and TCS.
